Daytime Support

Early Mornings

Start your day off right with some extra sleep or support during the busy "get ready and out the door" time.

I can come at 6:00am or 7:00am and look after the baby while you and your partner have some extra sleep.

Or get ready for work and your older kids ready for school/daycare hands free.

Witching Hour

The dreaded witching hour!  Colic?  Crying?  Need time to put the older kids to bed?  Or maybe you just need some time for yourself after a long day.

Shifts usually are from about 5:00/6:00pm to 9:00/10:00pm.

Let me look after your little one while you can get a break.  Or maybe after a long day you would just like to eat dinner without juggling a baby.

I can do a bathtime and bedtime routine for you, to help set you up for success in the future with a good routine.

Meal Prep

Although I am not a professional chef, I do really enjoy cooking and meal prepping.
I can shop for ingredients and cook either in my own home or in your home.  Meals can be made and frozen for easy heating up later, or some can be ready to cook fresh casseroles, or even ready for crockpot meals.

Overnights

Overnights are a minimum of 8 hours, but can be flexible to work with you lifestyle and family needs.  Whether you are breastfeeding/chestfeeding or bottle feeding, I can support you any way.

I can start anytime between 9:00pm and Midnight, and work 8, 9 or 10 hour shifts, whatever works best for you.  While you get some solid sleep, the baby and I will hang out all night, usualy in the nursery, but sometimes in the living room or other location in your house.  I do require a spot to recline and relax while baby sleeps.

Breastfeeding?  I will bring the baby for a quick feed in the night, then while you go back to sleep I will burp, change the diaper and settle the baby back to sleep.

Pumping?  I will feed the baby a bottle of breastmilk (or formula) when needed, then change the diaper, burp and get them back to sleep.  All you have to do is wake up and pump.

Formula?  The baby and I will hang our for the night, feeding when needed while you get some solid sleep.
